An appointment time is truly an ‘estimated time of arrival’. Arrival time will be in a 45 min time span.  As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: refueling, traffic, driving distance from previous appointment and running over on a previous appointment.  If Groom Me Gorgeous feels they will be more than 15 minutes early or late, we will do our best to call ahead.  

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your total groom. 


All pricing is on an individual basis, based on breed, size, coat condition, skin condition, temperament.  A final price will be quoted before services start.  

**No shows will be charged the full price of the groom.  


No matter how hard we try to avoid it, minor cuts, nicks, and scratches are possible in certain cases.  In the rare instance that this might occur, you understand you can not hold the groomer responsible.  


Payment is due in full on the day of grooming. We will accept credit card or cash at time of service. You will receive a text message with your invoice upon completion of your booking, and you can enter your card information there, or we can charge your card for you using our card reader. Cards can also be kept on file through our secure payment system. 


Please let us know of any health issues, heart conditions or stress related issues prior to grooming.  Our groomers also inspect the pets and will make owners aware of any issues they see.   

If your pet bites and/or we are unable to complete the service for any reason, the service will be terminated and 50% of the total groom will be charged.  If the dog bites the groomer, we will also add an additional $25 special handling fee.  

If your pet has a history of biting that we are not made aware of before time of grooming when the appointment is made, we will charge the special handling fee. If you have discussed your dogs behavioral issues with us when your appointment is booked and we feel that we can handle your pet with care and safely groom them, even if they have a behavioral issue, we will try our best to work around that. We understand that some pups require specific care, but we want to prioritize safety for our staff as well as comfort for your pup. 


Groom Me Gorgeous will take fun pictures of your pets during the grooming process for social media.  If you do not want your pet making an apprearance on our FB or Instagram, please let us know.
